Client: Liberty Mutual Group is an American diversified global insurer and the sixth-largest property and casualty insurer in the United States. It ranks 71st on the Fortune 100 list of largest corporations in the United States based on 2020 revenue.
I lead visual design for Liberty Mutual's suite of Telematics Apps. This included SafeCo Right Track, Liberty Mutual Right Track, and Liberty Mutual ByMile. The day to day business needs included conceptual work, strategy, as well as visual design direction for end to end experiences and features.
Design Brief: Liberty Mutual Right Track had an issue with user abandonment within the app early on. The ask was to create something to help pivot and bring users back to in a fun, creative, and compelling way.
The Undistracted Driving Challenge™ is a new program we created that allows users to challenge themselves to drive undistracted for a specific amount of time. Using push notifications, Liberty would then alert users when new data has been collected, and show them a visualization result based on that data.
