Hi, I'm Eric Shoemaker. I love the psychology behind great design — how it can help solve business problems and elevate a brand's voice.
I have a diverse background (hands-on UI design, art direction & motion)— working at design agencies and on client-side products in the San Francisco Bay Area, Atlanta and beyond.
I’ve had the honor of creating with some amazing teams at Mullen, Arnold Worldwide, Razorfish, AKQA, eBay, Google, Publicis Sapient, etc.
I currently live in Atlanta with my wife and our twins. My passion project is restoring my grandfather’s original ‘67 Volkswagen Beetle, out of which a small business was formed. I enjoy helping others restore their classic Volkswagens as well. It’s a different kind of problem solving than I am accustomed to with digital design — and I enjoy both for varied reasons.
In addition to design and VW restoration, I also enjoy photography, woodworking, painting, and cycling. I grew up skateboarding.
